Fitzmeyer’s Ambrosial Gazpacho

Ingredients:

2 large tomatoes
1 medium bell pepper
1 medium cucumber
1 small sweet onion
1 lime
½ c. olive oil
fresh herbs (parsley, cilantro, etc)
salt
pepper
cumin
cayenne


Chop and blend. Fitzmeyer blends one tomato and half the pepper, but wouldn’t think of requiring you to do the same.
